I’ve always been pretty picky about my cobblers. The crumble on top is really the make-or-break it point for me, but luckily, this rustic, warming cobbler (recipe here) was perfect. The tartness and sweetness of the berries worked well with the crisp, oat-filled crumble on top and the contrast between textures, sweet, salty, hot, and cold made it so delicious. With some vanilla ice cream, it really just makes it comfort food and the perfect ending to a good meal.
