Now, having this be I don’t know…maybe more than the 10th time making macarons, you would expect us to already have it perfected. Uh, no. But, this recent batch was probably the best I’ve tasted from my mom’s kitchen after many recipe switches and attempts. For a quick and still yummy filling, we spread some Nutella while the macarons were still a little warm so the nutty chocolate spread would ooze out the sides a little bit. This definitely made my day.
