For many people (though I’m sure not all), chocolate and coffee are two of their favorites things. Now, I try to stay away from them as much as possible due to the fact I know I’m very prone to getting addicted to both. This past month, I had been itching to make this recipe and after the second try, they turned out wonderfully. I recommend getting good-quality espresso powder and chocolate since these will be the two main components. I found these meringues to be sweet, light puffs of espresso air with the perfect amount of bittersweet chocolate. (Recipe here)
