How are you taking care of yourself right now? Here are a few things I recommend: 1. If you can, turn off notifications from your phone to stop the urge to tap & scroll away. I've personally turned off all my email and social media apps, so I only check during the times I decide - not when a notification comes up. 2. Make a habit to enjoy fresh air and nature every day. Go on a walk outside, open the windows, get a plant. I've taken a long walk every morning after I journal so I can say hi to other people's doggies. 3. Prioritize good sleep. I recently bought black-out curtains and stopped using my phone past 8 pm, so I can get in bed earlier. I've also made trips out to the countryside or places like @therubyhotelandbar #hosted just so I can have some peace and quiet.
