It’s been such a busy May already! I’ve been running around doing so many things and I just want to find a time to relax. Anyways, this review was much long overdue. Revlon polishes are such a hit-and-miss. Either they’re super great (and as good as or even better than O.P.I.), or they’re super terrible and not even worth spending on. I was walking through the aisles of the grocery store the other day trying to find a cleanser I needed and I spotted Revlon’s Nail Enamel in Demure (229) from their bold and glamorous Fire and Ice Collection:
I loved the fun, vintage-looking salmon pink in the bottle, and when I applied two coats, I got a nice peachy/pink color with just the slightest amount of fine shimmer. It applied decently with two coats and dried fast, compared to a lot of Revlon polishes. I was pretty impressed with how it turned out. I even loved the cursive “Revlon” on the packaging!
The best thing is that it’s cheap (under $5) for such a high-quality nail polish. It’s made it to one of my must-haves for spring and summer.
